CAFE BLEUU
I HAVE BEEN HER A NUMERIOUS AMOUNT OF TIMES AND EACH AND EVERY TIME THE FOOD IS FABULOUS. TO ME EATTING AT CAFE BLEUU IS LIKE DRUGS EVERYTHING IS SO TASTE BURSTING WITH FLAVOR.
TRY THER BOLGINISE SAUSE OVER ANY PASTA ITS OUT OF THIS WORLD ONE OF MY FAVORITES. STEAKS ARE COOKED TO PRECTION. CHICKEN SOUP THAT WILL KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF. I LIVE IN QUEENS NEW YOUR AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO CAFE BLEUUS AGAIN. IF YOUR IN THE WELAKA FLORIDA YOU MUST TRY IT. LOVE AT FIRST BITE.
YOU MUST MEET ROXAINE SHE IS SO BEATIFUL AND CHARMING AND REALLY TAKES PRIDE IN MAKING HER CUSTOMERS VERY HAPPY.
ALSO MEET THE CHEIF BLUE HE IS AN ARTIST AND CREATES THE MOST WONDERFULL DISHES I HAVE EVER HAD

Cafe Bleuu is 10 Star restaurant. My husband and I have been to many 4 and 5 star restaurants and a few come close - none surpass the dining experience of Cafe Bleuu. You are met by Roxie, a New York transplant, who is just delightful and charming when you enter the restaurant and sometime during your meal you will meet or at least catch a glimpse of Chef Bleuu, who is a GREAT chef. The menu is made up of Roxie and Chef Bleuu creations. So, when in Palatka area take time to make the extra trip to Welaka to enjoy dinner at the Palms Cafe Bleuu you won't be disappointed. Call ahead for reservations, seating is limited and once there you just want to stay and visit with Roxie.
