User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would never deal with this company again.I ordered something on 10/20/09 waited and waited received no word, no confirmation other than the fact they charged my account, called the company was told that was of their branches was having a problem with orders and I would receive my item on Monday 10/2/09, the item came on 10/03/09 zipper was broken. I am having problems reaching anyone to send this item back, I have sent two e mails, and now I am getting ready to send a fax. This is terrible. I rate this company a big fat O.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCheckmate embroidery is a wonderful addition to my dance academy services. Great and prompt customer service as well as quality embroidered products to offer both my adult and child/teen dancers. Also, unlike many other embroidery places, I've notices that Checkmate carries a much broader product line allowing my students to wear the latest styles!
