This place promises "same-day" service at a good price, but if they can't launder my shirts correctly then what is the point.
I have sent at least one shirt back to get re-done or because they ripped multiple buttons off. They accused me of using spray-on tanner, therefore that is why my shirts have orange rust stains all over them. Give me a break. I just want my shirts to get cleaned...is that so much to ask?
