i am a waiter whow worked in GRAND BUFFET NO.8 ,my name is francis, i know everything there ,i just wanna say something true ,i just wanna say there is so dirty and never go GRAND BUFFET any more ,hope u tell everybody u know in west plains

ate at chen's a few times,but i can say i will never ever go back there again!!!
we had the buffet there,i took a few bites"my hubby told me to come up to the buffet",i didnt know what he wanted?but,anyways got up there to the buffet,there was something in the pudding an it crawled back outta there.it was something nasty no other way of putting it,it was a roach yep no lie!
my hubby got some boiled eggs up there ,this was his 1st plate.he seen the lil critter,then it went into the pudding an came back out!i had some chicken in my mouth that i was chewing before,i went back up there to the buffet.after i seen what he had seen i spit my chicken out an said,lets go!some people were looking at me i just said,ewwwwww nasty roaches.i didnt deserved to be stared at wasnt my fault.we was walking toward the door an a woman there stopped us an said ,did u get enough to eat?.my hubby was nice an went up,told her that there's a bug problem.we went to another restraunt in west plains.we found out at the other restraunt that there has been complaints about chen's lil critters.i'm for one that wont ever go back there again!

Good food for buffet: It's good, but absolutely all the spices with any kick are missing, as is typical in this area. (i.e. the General Chicken which became popular b/c of its spiciness is now as weak as sweet & sour.) But the food is good quality just a bit bland.
