User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChoco L Art in my opinion compares to the upscale restaurants I frequent in St. Louis yet not as pricey. I've been there several times by myself as well as with groups of friends and family. I love, love, love that the food is prepared fresh daily, the entire restaurant including bathrooms are meticulously clean and the wait help have always gone out of their way to suggest specials, explain food preparations, and accommodate any preferences. The chef/owner exquisitely plates each artful bite and has even come out to make sure we all had a fantastic experience. Homemade chocolate desserts and martinis are to die for!!! Chicken salad, quiches, dinner specials - all mouthwatering and very satisfying. Never left without a promise to come back soon. I whole-heartedly recommend this dining experience to EVERYONE! It has truly earned 5 stars! * * * * *

Wow - I'm so surprised to see a bad review about this place. It's one of my favorite restarants! I've never had anything but great food and service at Choco L'Art. The food is fresh. They make everything from scratch and you can really tell the difference. Our kids always get the chocolate cups filled with ice cream. Our server took the time to put pink sprinkles on our daughter's and blue on our son's. Their servers are nice and go the extra mile for you. I love the atmosphere, too. It's a quiet and modern; perfect for dinner dates with friends or my husband. We already have plans to spend Valentine's Day dinner there and we can't wait to go back.
