   These people took money out of my account as well.
   Like the other people who commented, I have never heard of these people.
   
   PLUS, they used an address on the made-up check that they submitted, where I used to live like 7 years ago.
   
   This has definitely got to be against the law. I will write letters and pursue this to the furthest extent of the law.
   
   Good Luck to all of you who have been robbed.
   These people need to be taught a lesson. They cannot just go into people's account when they feel like it.
   
   They suck!!!

   This is a collection agency!!! The money was taken out by a payday loan you did. It happened to me and I found out that when I applied for the payday loan and gave my routing and account number that I 'gave' the issuing payday loan company authorization to draft my acct if I became delinquent. This is not Mid America Credit Bureaus fault. They were very nice to me and explain why it was this way.

   These ppl are crooks. They tried to take money from my checkng account w/o my permission. I am contacting an attorney to seek any all legal action against them. They are the worst criminals out there because they do these things and think they should. The worst part of it all i have never even heard of them until my bank told me who they were. I wil do just about anything (legal) to shut these ppl down and put them all in jail.

   They just did the exact same thing to me and like you I have never even heard of them I am also following all legal aspects and avenues that I can to have them prosecuted. Theft is just that theft regardless of who people think they are or what they feel they can get by with. Please let me know if you get any further in your actions and I will do the same.
