Chris took the time to review my options with me and made certain to point out the pros and cons of each. It was so nice to deal with a company that makes integrity a priority! Not only would I use Today Lending for future transactions, but I recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market for a new home or refinancing an existing one. Thanks, again, Today Lending!

CHRIS DAVENPORT GOT US IN TO OUR FIRST HOME WITHIN 30 DAY AND ON TIME. I KNOW THAT OUR PARTICULAR CASE WAS NOT AN EASY ONE GIVEN THAT MY WIFE WAS STILL IN SCHOOL AND I WAS THE SOLE INCOME PROVIDER MAKING $13 DOLLARS AN HOUR. BECAUSE DAVENPORT IS ABLE TO THINK OUT SIDE THE BOX, HE WAS ABLE TO FIND A PROGRAM THAT FIT OUR NEEDS AND SO NOW WE ARE THE PROUD OWNERS OF A $130,000 HOUSE IN MIDTOWN TULSA. It was my dream to purchase a home for myself and my son. I am a single mother and I wanted my son to have a yard so he could go outside and play. I had no idea how to even begin but I heard Today Lending's ad on the radio so I decided to call. When I called I was nervous but I spoke with Chris and he explained the process in depth, which made me feel at ease. Once I found the perfect house the process began and I was nervous all over again but Chris helped me through each step. The process went smooth and the staff at Today Lending was great. I enjoyed working with Chris and Falon and I will tell all of my friends and family to use Today Lending.
