I had a fender bender in the Safeway parking lot and my agent was able to get me set up at the repair shop and with a rental car with one phone call, not to mention he helped me calm down. We've been with Gary awhile, I really like him, his office staff, and my rates are good too.

My wife and I have been with Gary's State Farm office for several years now and I can't imagine an agent being more concerned for our well being. They are professional, but everyone in the office knows us and treats us like friends, they always answer their phones or call us back the same day and they really know their stuff. When I was on the phone about an auto change I mentioned that our son had drawn a huge X with red marker on the carpet and that it wouldn't come out. His staff person said it was probably covered under our homeowners and before I was off the phone she had submitted a claim and we got enough money to REPLACE the carpet! My wife was thrilled. I would definitely recommend this agent.
