    When they do a good job, they are great all around. However, they recently shredded 3 out of 5 items I dropped off (different fabrics, ages, etc). Their response is that it must have been a fault of the fabric (all three?) and that "if a cancer patient dies, the doctor still gets paid." Nice. Just check their D-minus grade from the better business bureau. I wish I had, as two valuable items (skirt & a dress) and a new wool coat are now trashed - they didn't even have the decency to to tell me about it at pick up, I had to discover it when I unpacked the items at home
