The only reason I visit this location is because it’s the only one on my way to work. Every time I go there, they screw up my order (large coffee w/cream and sugar usually there is no sugar) . I know for sure if the owner doesn’t care about the service.

I cannot believe the idiots that work here. The only reason I visit this location is because its the only one on my way to work. Every time I go there, they screw up my order. Is t so friggin hard to listen! I order my coffee with extra skim milk and 5 splenda, they repeat back, extra cream and sugar. Hello, idiot, did I say that? Prior to the fall seasaon and the pumpkin spice, I ordered my coffee flavored with blueberry. Every single time I got my coffee, it was french vanilla. And I would ask them at the window, are you sure its blueberry and they would always say yes, im sure. Can you not smell the difference between blueberry and french vanilla. If the owner was smart enough, he'd fire these idiots and start with a whole new staff cuz these people are costing him business!

Dido on the screwed up orders. It is very frustrating. I was once charged for the customers in front of me (drive-thru) This must be a common problem because in another case I guy threw the coffee to the Window Attendent. The service is slightly better if you go inside.
