User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe actually have a joke about this particular DD in our household. We always wonder "what they will mess up today." They never get any order correct. The speaker people are often rude, constantly cutting you off with, "Drive on up..." before you even get your whole order in. They can't even give out the correct # of munchkins. (We order 6.. and they always give us 5!!! Can we count?!) Seriously, this place really needs a lesson on customer service. They mess up orders constantly and don't put any effort into the items they give you. I once received a bagel with butter and they had smeared about 2 lbs of butter on one side of the bagel while the other half was completely unbuttered! When I complained they told me that they always only butter one side. That is a rule at their store and if I want both sides buttered, I should specify that to them at the speaker! The only thing keeping them in business is location.

i also go to dunkin donuts in townsend (near the ice cream factory) twice a day every day. the kids that work there are so rude, and your wait to order is about 3 min. and when you pull up to the window they have no clue what you ordered so they will ask you again or just give you anything. it's pretty ridiculous.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI agree, even on the very rare occasion that my coffee is made right the coffee tastes so bitter that I throw it out anyways. I only go there when I'm desperate for caffeine in the morning. Once, a woman who worked there tried to tell me that I ordered my coffee wrong. She made a huge scene trying to embarass me in front of everyone else. Hello! I'm the one who's drinking it. I'll tell you if it's wrong or right, ok?
