The best and most authentic Mongolian BBQ in DFW area. It has a great variety + shrimp at evening meal and maybe all day Saturday. You get the meat and veggies you want and add the oils and condiments(they have suggested portions for this). Use this as a base to experiment from. Use different amounts of spices, oils for your next trip. You will find the perfect combo(the suggested is pretty good) after a few trips. Ghengis has so many options(spices & condiments) you would have to go for 100 years to figure out what blend would be suitable for your palate. Anyways, I've been eating Mongolian since 1973 in Taiwan(Republic of China) and it is my personal opinon you cannot go wrong with Ton's. I just miss the peanuts and throwing the shells in the floor.
