User Rating: 2 out of 5 starspersonally, i think who ever!!! owns this business, i figure is the same one who may answer the business telephone- and when i called for assistance i was hung up on!!! i immediately called back and the phne was sent to the answering service!!!!! i would never recommend anyone who operates this type of business to be in the customer service field. dont know where they get their social skills but are definetely unacceptable!!!!! poor service!!! take a chill pill dude!!!!!!!!

I agree. i drop up my jacket for clean and they told me it will be ready on friday to pick up but when I got there to pick up, it wasn't ready, so I have to wait 30min to get my jacket ready
