My family and I have been here several times. The food is very good. Once in a while the chef may add a little too much teriyaki but most often it is excellent.

The service is a little slow but that is the pace for a hibachi. They want you to take your time and enjoy the meal.

Over all it is very good to excellent.

Some very good original sushi rolls.

I love their food and the atmosphere of the place. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. My server was a happy person and established a positive environment. She was laughing while catering to the needs of several customers simultaneousely and handling funds. I enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the place, full of life and entertainment. One of the best Japanese restaurants in town.

I enjoyed my dinning experience at Fuji, where everybody was laughing, singing, and happy. I also enjoyed American style service and a clear explanation of menu items. The food and service was wonderful. Highly recommended.
