I had the MOST AWFUL experience ever at this place! I just bought a brand new Jeep and I needed its first car wash. As I'm about to exit the vehicle the man helping me who was actually THE OWNER offers to take off my antenna for me. As he does this he goes to put it in my car and puts a 9 inch gash right through the center of my middle consol. I noticed him doing this and hoped it wasn't what I saw. After paying $17.00 and change for the worst car wash ever that left dust, bad vacumn job, and streaks on my car I examine everything and notice the gash! I ask for the owner and begin to tell him the gash was NOT there because I just bought the car! He goes on and on about how I have no proof and how I was "wasting his time" with trying to blame it on him! I was absolutely insulted that he was flat out telling me I was a liar! I asked him if this is how he runs a business and this is what he calls customer service and he told me I wasn't worth his time or money and it wasn't his problem! I said "I just paid $30,000 for this Jeep and I know that wasn't there because I just got it and he said, "Lady I don't care if you paid $2000 for it because it isn't my problem!" And he walks away! I was absolutely horrified at his ignorance and unprofessionalism! He was the most unprofessional person I have ever met that owned a business! I followed him as he walked away telling him I would never come again and I was appalled at his customer service and he turned around and threw a $20 bill at me and said "Take this and never come back!!!" I have never been so insulted in my life! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Stay away if you want your car back the same way you brought it there! I am still completely disgusted!

I am a total car nut and I have been going to East Gate since they opened. They have been nothing but professional,courteous and friendly. On the rare occasion that there was something that I was not happy about, they did not hesitate to fix it, or even rewash the entire car. I have tried many of their services as well. The oil service is excellent as well. I have recommended them to many of my friends.
