My experience was HORRIBLE. IMO the place was dirty and disorganized. I spoke to the front desk girl, who allowed not one but two customers jump ahead of me while I was talking to her about the prices. I wouldn't have had to talk to her if the prices were posted properly. The day I went, they could only take credit cards on the second floor at the bar.
The bathrooms were nice and big, but unkept.
The food was straight GARBAGE. I ordered a pizza pie for my guest and it tasted like cheesy cardboard. My three year old looked at me like, "You don't expect me to swallow this?"
IMO, the owners hire young workers to keep the rates down. I paid $50 for the lane for one hour, somehow I got an extra hour for free. I was so relieved when my time was up.
For people who RAVE about this place, I will assume they've never been past 110th Street. Shame on them!
