About:	This is South Beach's own Red Square, modeled after the 16th-century Russian original and the trendy knock-off in Las Vegas. A very swanky crowd gathers here regularly for the vodka and the ambience. Try banana or pepper-flavored vodka, or just go for the unflavored version, accompanied by caviar. The menu is an inexplicable yet enjoyable combination of flavors from around the globe. Expect to see a number of decadent selections such as Pepper-Fried Calamari or Lobster.
