User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to this saloon for 3 years and have had nothing but FABULOUS service and results. I get my hair colored and cut here regularly and have also had the best pedis, manis, and facials! I also have several friends that go here. Three of us are overseas at the moment and can't wait to return home and have booked appointments for the day after we return!

My mother, maid honor and sister all went to 5 elements to have their makeup done for my wedding. Not only was the makeup job TERRIBLE, so much so my sister washed her face and redid it herself, but when it was time to pay, they were told that it would be $15 more each because they hadn't told the receptionist that the appointment was for a wedding. Evidently you can walk in off the street and have your makeup done for $35, but if it's for a special event it costs you $50. Terrible customer service and shotty work. Would NOT recommend!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI requested a deep tissue massage and what I got was the worst massage ever from Melissa, who I see is no longer there. The facial was divine, though!

You should have tried booking an appointment for a wedding party. That way they could have consulted with you on colors, styles, etc. The extra money is because they would take time to create a special look for a special day.
