What planet do these people who work at SNS come from? I ordered three meals for my family and each meal was missing something different. What a mess this place is. The burgers used to be great but now they are cheap and flimsy. The woman who took my order to go was a complete stuper.

My burger had a ton of Mayo and mustard on it. Could not even eat it. *

This location is completely awful. The drive thru has a bunch of idiots who cant get a simple order right. The food is sloppy and messy. No wounder why the food is so cheap. Its like an upscale White Castle without the awesome taste. make a u turn and go to Mcdonalds.

the service was okay. the frisco melt was great. i was waiting for ever though to get my food. the only thing that came out fast was my shake. a gentlemen named alex was great, he helped get me out of there. the server never came by to check on me to get my check , alex did.
