User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI took a ride with them from Chelmsford to Logan. The driver was late by 10 minutes due to traffic but other than that was great. The taxi was was Cadillac and with tolls and $5 tip, I gave him $80 even (quoted fare was: $69 + actual tolls + $2 credit card fee).
The car was clean and newer than other livery services I have used though the carpet was a bit on the dirty side. Overall no foul smells were present. The driver was was courteous and got me to the airport on time.
Regular yellow cab quoted me $140 from chelmsford to Lowell (!) which may even be illegal (airport to/fro towns over a certain mileage from logan must be at a pre-determined rate - i guess which has gone up from $65 to $69. Needless to say, yellow is a complete rip-off
I would recommend A & A Massportexpress and will use them in the future.

5 STARS! I said if I was out of mt Doctors Office by then I would "TRY" to call back within 30 Minutes! It took me another hour at my Doctor's office! Sorry, Again!
