   After calling nearly every company in Knoxville i found out that move 4 less was the most affordable licensed and insured mover so i went with them. The move was great and the movers went to extra mile for us taking things apart for us, putting them back together and the even carried our plants. I will recommend them to everyone i know.

   Cheaper than the others. Timely.
   
   Service was fair at best.
   
   Broke our table. Proceeded to blame us for wanting more of our belongings on the truck. They did come by and do a walk through and new that we wanted everything on the truck. They then wanted us to load the remaining articles into our cars. Of course we did pesonally load the cars up with our clothes and other small articles that they asked us to but then had to scramble to put things into our cars for which we had no room.
   
   Our cherry table was broken during the move and of course it was our fault b/c we wanted our brooms, a shovel and some small hanging planters on the truck as well. Those are all heavy enough and big enough to break a cherry table???
   
   The website claims, "we break it, we fix it," not necessarily. They paid for aprox 40% of the total cost to get the table fixed even though he personally claimed neglegince on how the truck was loaded. We even bought the extended service insurance for which the total amount of fixing our table did come out to be less than the max amount yet they refussed to pay the entire coverage and payed for $5 per pound of the article. I guess the customer is not always right.
   
   Word of mouth is your best marketing tool so I would recommend paying the extra money and come out with your belongings in good shape
   
   1)our quote changed upon final payment.
   2)things were left behind.
   3)table broken and we were not fully renumerated for fixing it.

   the customer was quoted for one truck load we even went out and took a look at everything that need to be moved before, but once we showed up they started adding additional items including a basement, plants and attic and some other things that were not showed to us in the walk through. we told the customer that we can move the additional items from the back yard. we told them that we can move the addition items at no extra charge for them but cramming to much into one truck they risk damaging something. the customer said" i don't care just load it" so we did and when there table leg got cracked they blamed us when the insurance which they knew about before the move only covered what it was supposed to. they knew what type of insurance they selected and they knew that adding item onto the load could damage thier table yet the still told us put plants, and garage item on top of the table. We did them a favor the insurace cover more than it was supposed to and we did not charge extra for moving more than we were supposed to not to mention we moved them long distance and we were over weight because they added addition items. All together the customer probably saved $1000 by using us and we went the extra mile for them by moving extra items at no extra charge.

   This company is awsome!: Move for less moved my 5br house faster than I thought possible and did not break anything. My bill was better than what they quoted me on. I honestly believe that I have saved at least 30% by using move 4 less. You can't beat the price or the great quality of thier services.
