   We have spent a year searching for good sushi in KC since moving from the coast. Without a doubt, Domo is THE BEST sushi in the KC metro (of at least 6 sushi places we have tried)... and you wouldn't even know you're in the midwest. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and quality fish. It's not cheap, but hey, you get what you pay for. Going to pick up take out tonight.

   Compared to Kobe (independence mall area) and Shoguns(95th and I35) this place was completely horrible. The amount and size of the sushi wasn't even worth it. We gave this place the benefit of the doubt because of the location but we were really wrong.

   Wonderful restaurant! Owned by same people who own great sushi restaurant in Westport (name is escaping me). More upscale than the one Westport. Can spend a lot or a little depending on what you order. More of a Vietnamese feel/menu. Perfect for me & my husband since he loves sushi and I don't. More sushi selection than Westport location. Great wine selection as well. I'm going back tonight!!
