Chapman Scottsdale Autoplex

The long and short of it is I had a break light switch fail and it was a VW recall item and with out the switch working correct no break lights. I was told at Berge that they had an opening in four days and would I like to set an appointment for that time? No. This is a serious safety issue and needed to be resolved in a timely manner. I asked if the service writer could call other local VW dealers for me to see if they had an opening today. Reluctantly he did so.
There was an opening at Chapman VW Scottsdale and an appointment was set for 1:30pm that day. I decided to drive over there to Chapman and see if some how they could get me in any earlier. I spoke with Russell in the service department and he was able to get me in much earlier than expected. Needless to say I rolled out of Chapman VW at 11:45am with Russell’s help.
Bottom line is this. If you need service on your VW don’t go to Berge VW go to Chapman VW in Scottsdale.
