    Topsy's is AMAZING!! I work at a nearby summer camp, and get to go there several times each season. The campers love it, and a trip to Topsy's is considered the highest reward for good behavior or sports participation. Both the custard and soft serve are great. If you ever get the chance, you should GO!

    ice cream isnt very good and way to expensive can go to Friendly's get better ice cream for the same price as Topsy's
