I love this fantastic restaurant. I have always found the service to be impeccable, the food well prepared, and the atmosphere friendly but sophisticated.
What I especially like about Melange is that if I call ahead, Chef Adam will prepare a unique vegan vegetarian meal for me. Rather than treat me as a 'difficult' customer with an unusual diet, the chefs at Melange go out of their way to make inspired meals tailor made to my eating habits. Chef Adam will come to my table and explain everything. It is clear that he loves what he does, and enjoys the opportunity to get creative.
Anyone who finds eating out hard because of their diet should really consider Melange. Just be sure to call ahead, and ask for Chef Adam. You won't regret it.
Food was poorly prepared and worse than the frozen entree I could have picked up at the supermarket. Definately not worth our time or money. Also, the manager working that night was rude and very nasty. When asked her name, she said she never gives that out! Even though I live nearby and go out to eat often, I will ALWAYS bypass this restaurant.
