If you can order parts on line or go somewhere else, I'd suggest that. I've been to this dealership twice and both times left feeling that they had less than satisfactory customer service. I'll never spend one penny at this or any Rosenthal dealerships based on these experiences.

Work on your customer service people Rosenthal.

Found a jeep wrangler on line and called up the store, the salesman was very helpfull throught out the whole process. I ended up buying the car without even test driving it. And the car is in great condition. Rosenthal Jeep really has the best cars onthe web and the lot.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR A CAR HERE! These people are unprofessional. Me and my fiance were looking at cars and 2 salesmen - Ralph Bennett and Omar Shahid - were arguing in front of us about who was the first to approach us. Somehow they tried getting us involved in their feud. It completely turned us off and we left right away. Had they not argued they could've made a good sale. I contacted their manager letting him know about how bothered I was about the argument, he hardly cared and immediately tried selling me a car!!! Oh yea, the car we were interested in was not in the lot because the owners (of rosenthal) daughter took it out for a joy ride for the weekend - or so they said. (Shes allowed to take any car she wants anytime) The manager Richard later that evening told me they didnt want to sell the car we were interested in because they could make more money off the car once the special sale was over and the price on the car goes up.

If this is not enough to keep you away from this dealership then be my guest and experience it for yourself.
