User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy hard drive crashed and I needed a new one ASAP. I drove my computer to their place (less than a mile from my house) and they installed the new hard drive, upgraded the RAM, and attempted recovering data from the old hard drive all within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and even answered some general computer questions I peppered them with while they worked on my computer. Overall, you really can't beat people who are local, work quickly, and treat you honestly and fairly. I will most definitely go to them with any future problems.

They answered my call promptly (no answering machine), were polite and professional. I scheduled an in home appointment to fix my computer and they were on time, courteous, and fixed the problem. The Pro Geeks were very easy to talk to and they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Thank you so much. We are lucky we found The Pro Geeks and we highly recommend them!
