   Saviors: I called Guiding Light Electric when I was in dire need. It was the third company that I called and I found that thier $38.00 fee was the cheapest of the three. The person who answered the phone appeared very empathetic to my situation. They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. (as opposed to the two to three days that the others offered) The technician was very kind. He was well groomed and in a uniform. He put shoe covers on his feet before walking into the home. He asked about all my conserns and showed me a written price before any work had to be done. The price seemed very fair to me and he was able to fix my problem that day while I was there. I could tell that they genuinly cared about my situation. They also told me that next time I called I would not have to pay the service fee, even if it is just for an estimate.
   
   I am very greatful for the help the offered me and would recommend them to anyone.

   Over Priced. Gimick: Just search for Guiding Light Electric and find out how many numbers there are. Take note there is really physically only one location. And they are very high priced.
