i dont think anybody will open all the boxes and check every peice,but i think if you just called them and told them about the problem, they wouldnt have mind replacing any broken tile. im a general contractor and i bought from them alot of times, never had any problems,they are always on top of thie game. im sorry man but i have to disagree.
