User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFuji Sushi is a wonderful addition to the Morristown area. The Japanese cuisine is very good and the portions are just right to leave with a full stomach. The Shrimp sauce is delicious over the rice. I would recommend the Dream Team Combo as you will have an opportunity to try the steak, chicken and shrimp. My wife and I visit Fuji sushi often. I love their Dynamite rolls. They use large portions of tuna in their Tuna Rolls, which I love. Their service is great. The restaurant is always clean and the sushi chefs are great. They relly try to please you when making special requests. They have a nice hometown atmosphere feel with the tasty Japanese style food. LOVE IT!!!
