I recently started going to Pole Worx & am hooked! The variety of classes and schedule offered is great! Every instructor is on point and genuinely enjoys teaching the classes and pushes you to dig down deep and give your all! It’s seriously a sisterhood of fun and sexy ladies! The "no boys allowed" rule is a huge bonus. My new Sunday Funday is spent at "the studio" for several hours and I do multiple classes through the week as well. I did booty bootcamp & zumba last night! :) I see the difference in my body - I feel the difference in my energy level and my mood...and on a rare occasion when I can't make it my day feels off and I'm that much more pumped to hit it hard the next day. You're going to sweat ALOT, you're going to have to push yourself, you're going to think "she's crazy if she thinks I can do another set of planks, or squats, or do all of those spins on both sides again, or why is this song so fast?" but just do it! I better see you ladies there!
