   I put in a request for a repair quote over the internet and I received a call from Mike about 1 minute after I hit the send button. He was really friendly on the phone and answered all my questions in a professional manner. He arrived the same day I called, and at the time that we had agreed upon. My garage doors are now working better than they have ever worked in the time I have owned the house. I would highly recommend Innovative Garage Door to anyone that needs timely, professional service. Thanks Mike.

   It was by chance (or was it?) that we found this company. We were set to sign a contract with Costco to get a different door. The internet is a powerful tool to use, but even Google didn't bring up the Hormann garage door when we typed in 'what is the best garage door to buy?' To make a long wonderful story SHORT, let just just say this: Innovative Garage Door is an amazing company. Mike Stary, the owner, couldn't have been better. The two workers that came with him (sorry, I can't remember your names) were hard-working, fun and professional. Yes, you can be FUN 'and' professional! Kudos to the secretary who answered the phone on my initial contact, because she's the one who really sold me on the door. I never did go to the showroom to see the actual door, but I thoroughly investigated on the Hormann website and loved what I read. Interestingly enough, the door was NOT much more $ than the one I was going to get through Costco but is a far superior door with an amazing warranty. So we say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and to anyone who has any concern or doubts about going with this company, we truly know you won't have regrets.
