I had another air conditioning company come out and told me my air conditioner was to old and I needed to replace it ! I called Quality Comfort as a second opinion and Jim told me the unit was old but it could be repaired. He gave me all my options and i decided to repair the system but now i have time to save up for a new air conditioner. I will only call Quality Comfort in the future.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

I called Quality Comfort and they had sent a service guy it was a minor repair and I'm cooling again. Great Service ! I was only charged a normal service call charge not a after hours expensive charge that a few companies I had called wanted to just come out. -

I contacted Quality Comfort Air for my mother. They had called me explaining what the problem was and even emailed me a picture. I called my mom after they had left and she was very happy and said she felt comfortable! Its good to be able to trust someone when I can't be there. Thank you !
