User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTwo things I must do when I go to Winona and they are have a plate of Walleye and visit Sloppy Joe's (Slop's). Chuck is the best!!! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly - your neigborhood hang-out kind of place.

The best bar in Winona. The people are friendly. The bartenders serve you the second they see you put your empty drink down. And the best part is that they have the cheapest prices anywhere in Winona. It is the perfect spot if you want to have a few drinks in a relaxing environment.
