We just left that place 11/08! The condos were very large and spacious, overall they were ok but looked nothing like the one they show you on the "tour"!!! Bathrooms were not very clean, bought my own cleaning supplies. The beds were hard and did not sleep well. There was a lot of confusion around there with all of the golfcarts running around. The elevator in our building was out of service for 2 days. If not an owner you had to pay to use the fitness room and everything else around there. We even paid for wireless internet which never worked and after 5 calls to a 3rd party, no one ever called back! I agree with IU Cheerleader. We went on a tour and because we did not buy, they just kicked us to the curb and left! After they finished and ran all of the usual lines on us, they shipped us out of the building to wait on a shuttle to take us back to our vehicle which took another 15 minutes after already being there for 2 1/2 hours! They took us via golfcart from one side to the other during the tour, it should have been their responsibilty to take us back and not make you wait for a shuttle. Nothing special or spectacular to Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa at all!! And for the 2007 review, they are still remodeling, building and renovating!!! Never want to stay at a Westgate resort again!!
