Delicious. Very tasty. Generous scoops. Well worth any wait, and there normally is one because it's popular.
If you get too tired of the line and you have a freezer nearby, the BiRite market down the street from the creamery sells pints of the ice cream. Mmm....
So, the ice cream is pretty good. They had quite a few flavors to choose from. I went with a Brown Butter Pecan & Malted Vanilla with Peanut Brittle. Very smooth and creamy, but not too sweet. Although, I wouldn't say it was "to die for" it was worth waiting in line. The price wasn't outrageous either.
I would still recommend Mitchell's over this just because of the greater selection but still delicious ice cream.
OK, what can I say about this place. I love their ice cream. Their hot fudge sundaes are TDF. They have some of the most unusual flavors like salted caramel, honey lavender and chai spiced milk chocolate. From what I gather, seasonality plays a big factor in what flavors they have. My personal FAV is is honey lavender. All of their stuff is made on the premises and not in some factory in a RED state.
