this place has THE worse service that I have witnessed. Our group came in about half an hour before the 'last call" and when we arrived we asked if they were still serving. the young girl with the long black hair rolled her eyes and gave a long exhale before she had to answer yes. so thats where it all began. she tossed the table cover on the table (so we had to spread it out ourselves), TOSSED the condiments and set all the drinks in one corner of the table instead of SERVING. she sent someone else out to take our order because she couldn't have possibly been able to deal with us. We were not rude or condescending at all since we were shocked by the treatment we were receiving. she barely spoke a word to us when we asked for extra napkins, or menu availabilities. the food is good but the overall experience was definitely a downer and I haven't returned since when and neither has anyone else in the group. I recommend Boiling Crab because of their lively atmosphere, FRIENDLY service, and GREAT food. the wait is well worth the experience.

i agree that the service sucks but i love the food here!

i love their strawberry lemonade, fries, clam chowder, texas gumbo yaya, crawfish, house sauce, i basically love everything here!

too bad i live too far from cajun corner to go everyday! if i could, i would!

The food is good, but the service isn't really that great. The last couple of times i have gone no one even comes by to see if you need anything like another drink or more food. Other than that the food is really good. It's also not really that busy you can always get a seat.

I gave this place another shot recently, I was overcharged for clams. I ordered two pounds they gave me one pound, idiots. Terrible service, the girls that wok there sit behind the counter and stare off into space they don't know what the hell to do. I'm surprised they get paid. Never going back this place sucks almost as bad as Boiling Crab.
