   I heard Village Gate had gotten a new groomer so I took my bichon there to be groomed, It was by far the best groom she had ever recieved. She even topped the groom off with Ohio State Football bows!! I have never seen my dog so white and the nail dremeling is fantastic!! I will definately be using the vet and daycare services in the near future as well. I really feel comfortable leaving my baby there!!

   The new Sarah is GREAT! She has actual experience and knows what she is talking about. Prices are comparable with other groomers as well, but you get better customer service than most places. The vets and other staff are really helpful and nice as well.

   I took my maltese to be groomed here. She had some big knots and mats in her fur that I couldn't comb out. They cut her hair right over the knots and didn't bother to get a single one of them out!! The hair cut was SO uneven and they made her face look like a poodle...which would be fine if she WERE a poodle. I also took her to the daycare once and asked to see the facility and it turns out it's a huge cement room with barely any windows and they don't take the dogs out at all the whole day. I will never take my dog there again.
