User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am usually a skeptic and do not like to purchase services via internet. However, this experience was an excellent one. I was extremely pleased with Extra Space Storage located at Ararat Street in Worcester, MA. I needed a short term storage and my unit was perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my numerous questions with a smile. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the amount of information provided. I received a special on my rental and the price was perfect. I was impressed with the payment option of account deduction. It was easy and I received detailed statement via my email account each month. I would not hesitate to utilize Extra Space Storage in the future. I plan to recommend and tell everyone about my experience. Thank you Easy Space Storage.
