User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI wouldn't get too crazy about it. After living in San Diego for 10 years I've yet to find an authentic Mexican restaurant that 'takes me back'. The last time I visited Los Agaves I ordered the Carne Asada Tacos. The meat was hard and chewy but it did have decent flavor. I'm suspecting it was left over from lunchtime and re-served for dinner. So, in all fairness, I'm going to see if they have a decent Torta on the lunch menu and compare. More to come!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFood was absolutely EXCELLENT. Much better than RIO GRANDE, yes I said it. Try it and see. Very, very clean. Even the public restrooms smelled good and were spotless. I would recommend Los Agaves anytime!!!
