    This has got to be the best restaurant for food and ambiance between Nashville and Birmingham!! You have to start with the signature Prichards' Double Barrel Onion Soup (made with Prichards' Double Barrel Tennessee Whiskey from the distillery across the way), then a superb steak (or the Wartrace Buffalo Burger and homemade potato chips at lunch), topped off with the unbelievable Mango Pie. Then you will know why they call it "THE Restaurant?" Don't miss it...

    My two daughters and I were at The Restaurant and they each had 'buffalo burgers', and I had the best chicken salad I have ever had...Jackie and Bobby are excellent hosts, and Bobby is a really good cook, and so is their chef....I give them 5 stars! Pattye, Alma, and Jennie....

    We have been eating here regularly for the past two years. Always excellent food. Guests we have taken from Europe, Canada and interstate (eg: Chicago) declared the prime rib the best they had ever eaten. A nice friendly informal style; fresh linen tablecloths and napkins, and fresh flowers on the tables. We consider ourselves fortunate to live only 20 minutes away! Jacqui, Bobby and their whole team deserve to succeed in these difficult economic times.
