User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI attended a party at this restaurant. the service toward the adults was fine, food was ok, however the children were clearly neglected. the staff did not clear their tables, i personally did it. They received no cake and after waiting half an hour after the adults were finished, i had to request they receive cake. I also requested 2 sodas for 2 kids 5 times for about a half hr. and received nothing. the staff were very rude and dismissive. I called to complain to the manager, who was rude and used profanity. I was looking for an apology, but did not receive one. Very disturbing experience.

Upon arriving into Cafe Toscano my 21 month decides to throw one of her many tantrums. When after 5 minutes she did not calm down and patrons of the restaurant starting staring, we decided to leave. We told the server that we would place our order and take it to go. He refused, begging us to stay, saying he didn't care and if others didn't understand how small children act sometimes that was too bad. The owner then walked over as well and said the same and offered to put us in their private room where we could be more comfortable. Now mind you, this is our first time there. They don't know us at all. Well, am I glad we stayed. What an unbelievable meal. From the baked clams to the pizza and ravioli that my children devoured to the grilled shrimp and risotto that I devoured, the meal was perfect.
Great meal, great service and great atmosphere!!!!!!!!!!!!!
