    Our professional office sees a lot of client traffic, especially during tax season. Winter boots tracked in a lot of wet dirt from the streets and we weren't really in a position to ask our clients to remove their shoes, so we have had to have our carpets steam cleaned on a number of occasions this winter. I am happy to recommend our cleaners for their capable and efficient work cleaning our office.

    They not only did a great job on the carpets, they did it without disrupting our work day or having an impact on our ability to serve our clients. They were very thorough, using specialized equipment to cover every square inch of the office and getting under the desks and behind the office equipment. I thoroughly recommend them.

    Keep up the good work: I have recently had my carpets cleaned by A & P Carpet Cleaning. I actually found their phone number through this website. After reading the testimonials I gave them a call and booked an appointment. I really did not have an extreme case of pet urine or people with asthma or anything similar. I just had some dirty carpets. They did an exceptional job, but what I liked most was the fact that the technician did not try to SELL me anything. I have had some cleaners in the past come to my house promising a ?$99 whole house special,? but by the time they were finished I ended up with a bill close to $300 and a box of spot cleaners that I didn?t really need nor worked for that matter. I didn?t mind the $300 so much, I just don?t like surprises. Before my technician (from A & P) even started the work, he gave me the EXACT price, cleaning time, and dry time for the job. Towards the end of the job the technician handed me a tip sheet for spot removal and a customer satisfaction survey. I would have to say, I am a happy customer:)

    I did't know this is possible: For two years I kept hiding a big IRON BURN in the middle of my living room. I could not believe when I saw the carpet after Pavlin did the repair I could not say where the burn mark was. I am so happy, finally I can move the chair that nobody was using. Thank you so much.
