User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBranch manager, Catherine, was unhelpful and rude. I am assisting a 90 year old man with purchasing needed medical equipment and needed her assistance. All she had to do was call the client. Not only did she refuse to help, she hung up on me. (Twice)I prefer to deal with small banks who don't mind going the extra mile. My bank calls me all the time.
