    "PROOF" is a really great place to go: great food, great drinks, great service and great atmosphere ! Greg is a wonderful "host", bartender , cook and one of the owners. Greg and Dave have made "PROOF" what it is today...they made an old, run down building alive and beautiful again.
    Go and see for yourself - you won't be sorry !

    My first visit (last week) at Proof was excellent. The Martini Menu is out of sight. The service and food was great. I suggest ordering the Martini Sampler so that you can get a taste of the many varieties offered. I will definitely make this a spot to visit often.
