User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsUnion Savings is an excellent bank to begin with, and this branch provides an even more exceptional level of service. The tellers are friendly and helpful, know their customers by name, and take great care to ensure that all of your needs are met. You'll also find some of the best rates in town for savings accounts, CDs, home loans and more. I've had many bad experiences with "faceless" and uncaring financial institutions in Cincinnati, but Union Savings provides a much-needed breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!
