Just came back from eatting my birthday dinner at Medusa. Very Yummy! I had a steak and so did my husband. Great flavor w/ yummy garlic butter sauce. To top it all off great sides w/ the meat but kinda skimpy on them. I loved the squash side.
Great atmosphere. Gem for lake geneva!
Staff could have been friendlier. Not too many people are going out these days and spending over $100 on a meal.
Excellent. At their this August with my husband and we still think back fondly on our time ther. Had the flaming cheese...which we had to figure out how to reproduce at home because it was so good. We will make a point to make it possible to go again next time we are in Lake geneva
Great Food; Poor Business Practices: I recently had dinner at Madusa's and it was wonderful. I decided to bring my dinner club up to Medusa's for dinner from Chicago. When I called to make a reservation, I was rudely turned away! They won't accomodate parties greater than 6. We had a group of 7. The food is excellent, but obviously they don't see the need to be gracious. Business must be so good that they can pass up a large party.

They don't have tables to seat parties larger than 6. Not bad business practices just limited in seating capacity. This is one of the best restaurants in the city and the owners are always gracious.
I completely agree. I dined there last Saturday night and it was one of the finest dining experiences of my life. The restaurant is very small and there is barely enough room for 6, let alone 7. Maybe next time, you could be more flexible with your seating demands.
Restaurants are not critiqued on seating capacity, and to say that the food is anything less than spectacular would be an insult. I frequently dine at medusa's on a weekly basis and have never had a meal or dining experience worthy of anything less than 5 stars. Find a hobby because being a restaurant critic is definately not in your future.
they do have a table to seat up to 8 ppl. larger parties 9 to 50 are hosted in the back lounge
