You don't want to deal with these people. The manager (or maybe he owns the place, I don't know) is arrogant and rude and does not help the situaiton at all . I got three different quotes from three different people on a job. This manager was the third one, and it was higher than the other two, so obviously I disagreed. He had a take it or leave it attitude, so I decided to take all my clothes and leave it. He thought it was funny that he was losing a customer. Evidently he has so many that he doesn't care. I went up the road a few blocks and found another cleaners who actually checked a price list and were nice to me. (It was cheaper there too). The owners of this business need to know that their manager is an arrogant jerk. If HE is the owner, he needs to re-evaluate his customer service skills. Eventually enough people will get tired of it to impact the bottom line.

Buy Beware! Do NOT waste your time or money on Manchester Cleaners (MC). I left a pair of cream colored slacks at MC to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up they were an ashy grey color. The lining of the pants remained the original color. I brought the slacks in to discuss the issue with the manager. I was informed MC would not offer any type of compensation for ruining my slacks because the slacks were there over 30 days. I inquired how leaving slacks longer than 30 days would cause them to change color?? At no point did the manager accept responsibility or remorse for ruining my slacks. No compensation was offered. Customer service at MC does not exist. Hopefully, this review will stop someone else from having their clothing ruined. Go somewhere else!!
