Hits the Spot: We didn't bring a lunch when we went out to the springs last weekend and now I am really glad we did not. We didn't know it at the time but Ginnie Springs has a full service sandwich shop open on the weekends. It was awesome. I was expecting the normal hot dog and hamburgers but this place had everything. And it was all made fresh to order by Ed, the chef. I got the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and it was by far the best Philly I have ever had. My girlfriend got boiled peanuts and those were unbelivable too. We were goign to go back for ice cream for the ride home but we didn't have time. I had to look this place up and give it a review. We also realized that we actually saved so much money and time by not bringing stuff out to the springs for lunch so it actually worked out for the better. I loved not having to mess with sandwich stuff or a grill when I'm at the springs to have fun. I will never go to Ginnie Springs again without hitting up the deli. Thanks guys.
