User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLast year, I have brought an 2007 Accord with front&rear damaged to them. These people make me brought back&forth to them 4 times to do it right. Lastly I was fed up with them and went and told the service manager and it just doesn't mean anything to them. 2 dents above the wheel well right by the arc adjacent to the door. I asked them to remove it they said I created those but luckily both of the dents on both sides one manager came out ask me this dumb question " SO! you tell me that you can't live with ?that little tiny dents I replied HELL NO with $9500 worth the damage you guys took and didn't finish it right take it in and fix it right then he would shut up. I know they were mad but oh well, I know they lost a lot of business but thats what they gets for sloppy workmanship. Yes I raised HELL over there. Yes I also show it to their new coming customer too! Yes, the Manager name John, and service writer name Dan. Yes this manager is very sux. Go to Huggins this place is wonderful. yes they washed my ride everytime I was there.GO HUGGINS GO

We had a terrible experience with the Body Shop, these people do not know the meaning of quality bodywork. They were paid over $7000 to reapir a rear ended $35,000 Odyssey and did a crappy job. Will never deal with them again.

I entered the dealership ready to sign and buy. I did not want to give them my information--driver's license--and just wanted a price on a basic Accord LX. He left for a moment and came back with a price $2,000 higher than their honda.com pricing. When I told him I had a better quote from the Lewisville dealership, he said, "Sorry," and walked away.
